A sub-processor is a third party we use to help deliver the service, that may process personal data on our behalf. This page lists who we use today for this website, and who we plan to use once the Rilvo product launches. We'll update this page — and notify organization admins, per our DPA, before adding or replacing a sub-processor for the product.

By design, Rilvo does not connect to your production infrastructure — the product does not use an infrastructure sub-processor to pull data from your systems. Evidence you attach to a gap item is provided by you or your own agent, by reference.
