Terms of Service

Last updated: August 25, 2026

1. Acceptance

These Terms govern your use of this website and, once generally available, the Rilvo product, both operated by Apliteni OÜ ("Apliteni", "we"). By using either, you agree to these Terms. Rilvo is a business product — it is intended for organizations and their authorized users, not consumers.

2. What Rilvo is — and is not

Rilvo helps your organization identify which compliance domains (GDPR, sanctions, VAT, and similar) are likely to apply to your product, and tracks the concrete steps to close the gaps it finds.

Rilvo does not provide legal advice, and using it does not create a lawyer-client relationship. The analysis, generated documents, and priority scores Rilvo produces are a starting point for your own compliance work, not a substitute for review by a qualified lawyer in your jurisdiction. You remain responsible for your organization's compliance decisions.

The site and product are currently pre-launch. Some features described on this site are in active development and may change before general availability.

3. Accounts and API keys

Each user in your organization gets a personal API key. You're responsible for keeping it confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect a key has been compromised.

4. Acceptable use

  • Don't use Rilvo to process data you're not legally allowed to hold.
  • Don't attempt to access another organization's data or bypass access controls.
  • Don't reverse-engineer, resell, or use the product to build a competing service.
  • Don't misuse the MCP endpoint or API in a way that degrades the service for others.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of the data your organization puts into Rilvo (onboarding answers, evidence links, and the generated documents tied to your account). You grant us a license to process it solely to provide and improve the service, subject to our Privacy Policy. We own the underlying product, templates, and methodology Rilvo is built on.

6. Fees

Pricing and billing terms will be published when the product launches and will be handled through our payment processor, listed on the Sub-processors page. This site currently does not process any payments.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by Estonian and EU law, Apliteni disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under mandatory law.

8. Termination

You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms, with notice where reasonably possible. On termination, we'll handle your data as described in the Data Processing Agreement.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Any dispute not resolved informally will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Estonian courts.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected in the date at the top of this page.
